Walt Disney World's Coronado Springs Resort had undergone an expansion that is going to be amazing! The new tower, "Gran Destino" (Great Destination) will become the new main entrance with a two story lobby. The 15 story building will house 545 new guest rooms, including 50 suites and a themed table-service restaurant at the top of the tower with magical views.
Disney's Coronado Springs Resort renovations will celebrates the spirits of Spanish explorers, artists, writers and architects. Full of classic spanish flair mixed with touches of Disney, the resort has also updated all 1,800 existing rooms. One exciting announcement is the planned opening of a second new restaurant on an island in the middle of the 14 acre Lago Dorado (Gold Lake).
