Celebrating the 4th of July Disney Style

Celebrating the 4th of July is for my family the official start of summer. The hot weather, the great food and the memories created are always special. As a Disney Family, celebrating at the Disney Parks adds a special element to the day.

This year the Disney Parks will be featuring special entertainment on both coasts to provide guests with all the fun and celebration.

Walt Disney World Guests can enjoy "Disney's Celebrate America! A Fourth of July Concert in the Sky" presented on July 3rd and 4th at 9pm at the Magic Kingdom. Live DJ Dance Parties in Frontierland and Tomorrowland will also add to the festivities. Dance and sing the night away on July 3rd from 7pm to 11pm and keep it going from 7pm to Midnight on July 4th.

Epcot will host the Voices of Liberty in a special concert on the American Gardens Theatre Stage on July 4th and a unique one of a kind Illuminations on July 4th.

Disney's Hollywood Studios joins the celebration with the all new "The Music of Pixar LIVE! A Symphony of Characters" at 5:00 pm, 6:45 pm and 8:00 pm at the America Gardens Theatre as well as the "Disney Movie Magic at 9:00 pm and "Star Wars: A Galactic Spectacular" at 9:30 pm which includes fireworks, lasers and so much more.

If you prefer to enjoy the fireworks from a more relaxed setting, check out the Grand Floridian Resort and Spa for a delicious cookout.

Disneyland Resort Guests will be treated to "Disney's Celebrate America! A Fourth of July Concert in the Sky" over Sleeping Beauty Castle for 4 nights (July 1st - 4th) at 9:30 pm.

The Main Street Electrical Parade is a great way to pay tribute to our country with its 118 foot float. Presented daily at 8:45 pm and 10:45 pm.

Disney California Adventure will have Captain America available for meet up and pictures along with Spider-Man, Black Widow and more as part of Disney's Summer of Heroes.

World of Color has added a special patriotic pre-show to the 9:00 pm and 10:15 pm performances on July 4th.

East or West Coast, Disney Parks are the perfect place to celebrate the 4th! Can't make it to the parks this weekend? Contact Amazing Magical Adventures to help you plan your next vacation.
